A more thorough clean that goes beyond debris removal by addressing early moss growth and adding a moss-inhibiting powder finish. This package helps slow regrowth and keeps your roof looking cleaner for longer without using water.

Our most comprehensive service, using a chemical soft-wash method to remove black streaks, algae, and organic staining. This deep clean restores curb appeal while using low-pressure, roof-safe methods.

  • We accept cash, credit/debit cards (via Square), and electronic payments such as Zelle.

  • Yes. Estimates are free when done online (photos, video, or address lookup) and free for in-person estimates within 20 miles of our service area.
    For locations outside of 20 miles, an in-person estimate is available for a $30 fee, which can be credited toward the service if you book with us.

  • At this time, we specialize in shingle roof cleaning only. This allows us to focus on delivering the safest and highest-quality results for our customers. As we continue to grow, we plan to expand our services and offer cleaning for additional roof types such as tile and metal in the future. Stay Tuned!!!

  • No, you do not need to be home during the service, as long as the work contract has been signed by both parties and a payment method has been discussed and agreed upon. Depending on the type of cleaning being performed, access to the backyard will most likely be needed.

  • Service time depends on the type of project, selected package, and overall complexity of the job. For most residential and smaller projects, services typically range from about 2 hours up to 2 days.

  • We clean both residential and select commercial properties. At this time, we service smaller-scale commercial properties—such as smaller apartment complexes—as long as the roof steepness is not excessive. For commercial projects, we currently offer our Spiff Up and Clean & Spiffy packages only.

    As we continue to grow, we strive to expand our capabilities and eventually clean commercial roofs of all sizes and steepness levels.
